The latest addition to the Quinta Montes Molina  includes a restaurant (Avelino & María), café, and bookstore (Dos Encuentros), blending historical charm with contemporary design.

Inside, the architectural structure is celebrated with exposed columns and slabs, creating a dialogue between past and present. The material palette combines concrete with warm wood, which forms a perimeter soffit. This soffit serves multiple functions: it incorporates built-in bookcases, display niches, and screens that filter natural light while transitioning into floating wood and textile frames for acoustic control and indirect lighting.

The central bar is a focal point, integrating a see-through kitchen window, eating stalls, a bakery display, and a coffee bar. Vibrant floor tiles and wood siding accentuate the bar, anchoring the space. Seating booths along the windows double as book displays with movable shelves. The design seamlessly connects historical references with modern aesthetics, fostering a vibrant and inviting atmosphere that encourages community interaction and cultural engagement.
